Terms and Conditions

By confirming your booking and paying the deposit, you acknowledge that you have read, and agree to abide by, these Terms and Conditions

All spa days, overnight stays and treatments must be booked in advance. You can do this by calling 01377 250420.

To secure your booking, we require a 50% deposit upon booking of any spa day, overnight stay or treatment. This is a non-refundable deposit, however it is transferable to a later date provided at least 24 hours notice is given. The option to change your date is only offered once.

We have an age 16+ policy for the spa days, overnight spa packages and treatments, and age 18+ for the gym and wetside memberships.

Gift vouchers are available from £10 at the spa reception and valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Gift vouchers are non-refundable and can not be extended. You must ring up in advance to book, quoting the number on your voucher. Please check your voucher for days of validity - e.g. Monday - Friday only. Please bring your voucher with you on your Spa Day/appointment.

For individual treatments, we recommend you arrive at the Spa 10 minutes prior to your treatment time. Late arrival will result in your treatment time being shortened, or in some cases cancelled altogether if there is not enough time to complete your treatment before the next guest's appointment.

You will be asked to complete a brief consultation form on arrival to ensure that you do not have any medical conditions that prevent you from using the facilities. We reserve the right to refuse treatment or use of certain facilities for some medical conditions.

Due to the warmth and steam within the Spa facilities, we advise against the excessive consumption of alcohol before and during your visit. Only alcohol purchased from the Spa is permitted, and for your own safety and wellbeing, we reserve the right to limit the amount of alcohol consumed during your visit. Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is not permitted in any part of the Spa.

We do have a small car park on site for guests using the hotel and spa. If this is full when you arrive, please pull in and pop down to the spa reception on your right and we will direct you to another larger car park, 2 minutes away, free of charge. We advise you plan extra time for your journey in case you need to park further away. Thursdays in Driffield are a busier day, due to it being Market day, closing off the main street.

A £1 coin is required for use of the lockers in the changing.

Please note which packages include robes and towels and which packages we ask for you to provide your own. We do NOT provide slippers.
